ロゴマークの意味

日本の古都、京都の寺院で生まれ育ったデザイナー。
COETの芯はそこで作られました。
幼少のころは、住職が首から下げている袈裟を見て、なにか大切な物を入れるバッグだと思っていました。
コエットマークはその袈裟をモチーフとしています。

ONE SHEET BAG

一枚の布から構成されたバッグ。
つまり縫い目を解くと1枚の布に。
マチ、ハンドル、ボディ、流れは途切れない。
すべてはつながっていたのだ！

エコについて

”地球にやさしく”は、人と自然の間ではなく、
人と人の間から始まると信じています。

ものづくりについて

どんなものにしても、突き詰めると愛から生まれている。
どんなメッセージにしても、結局は愛にたどり着く。
COETの目指すものづくりです。

Meaning of the logo

The designer was born and raised in a temple in Kyoto.
The core of COET was made there.
When I saw a temple master hanging a stole from his neck, I used to think as a child it was a bag to put something important.
The brand's mark is designed in the motif of Buddhist priest's stole.

ONE SHEET BAG

A bag made with just a sheet of cloth.
If you unstitch, it will become one sheet of cloth.
Gusset, handle and body,the flow never stops.

ECO-FRIENDLY

Bring consumers and creators closer together.
When an object is made thoughtfully with love, you cherish it.
To treasure an object is to live green. ECO-FRIENDLY is a connection with human and nature and begins with person to person.

PHILOSOPHY

No matter what kind of object it is, if one thinks it through, it is born out of love.
No matter what kind of message it is, in the end it
makes its way to love. This is COET's aim in making things.
